Situated on the banks of Leakey Springs, the first home of the area’s namesake, John Leakey, this venue offers the perfect place to gather with loved ones and celebrate your love story amongst the wild beauty of nature. Rent out our entire property (including our event venues, 9 cabins, 3 houses) for the whole weekend, so you can host your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all in one destination. Lodging prices are not included in the wedding package.

While we do not offer an on-site commercial kitchen, we do support catered food by a local vendor of your choosing. We have restaurants and private catering teams that we partner with and are happy to share our recommendations with you. You are also welcome to bring in your own team. We are called The Springs for a reason!
Our prized activity is soaking in time in our private park, carved by the clean, crisp Leakey Springs water. A valuable tributary to the Frio River, these springs are a well-known natural attraction in the region. The springs are famous for its crystal-clear, spring-fed water which feeds into the Frio River just south of The Springs. Our surrounding landscape features stunning hills, ancient cypress trees, and limestone bluffs. We are a popular destination for tubing, swimming, and other outdoor recreational activities.
Local Attractions:
The town of Leakey and its surroundings offer various attractions, including Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Park, where you can hike, dance at the Garner State Park Dance Pavilion, or enjoy a scenic river float. If live music is your thing, we are also in close proximity to House Pasture Cattle Co in Concan, TX. We also have live music on our own stage, just a short stroll away from the cabins. Local shops, restaurants, and cultural events also contribute to the area’s charm. Golfers enjoy Frio Valley Ranch Golf Club, and we are also just 30 minutes down the road from the famous YO Ranch where our guests can go horseback riding or tour exotic game.
Guests can walk five minutes to downtown Leakey and enjoy local shops and cultural sites which contribute to the area’s charms. And be sure to take in some of the local favorite dining spots in town, like Leakey Drug Coffee Shop & Wine Bar, Gypsy Sally’s, Mill Creek Cafe, Mama Choles, Bear’s Den, Leakey BBQ, La La’s or Vinny’s Pizza. Or drive a few minutes east to Texas Canon for some of the best BBQ in the Hill Country, or a few miles west of town to Nick’s favorite burger spot, The Bent Rim Grill, and enjoy the hill country view on their outdoor dining patio.
