A longtime friend and I rented a lovely cabin overlooking a running creek. I walked down to the water and was so surprised to see such a gorgeous setting -manicured, running creek, large cypress trees, pecan grove with chairs, picnic tables and swings. Our 2 bedroom cabin was lovely! It was a perfect Hill Country setting. Management was nice and helpful too!

My husband and I stayed in the original cabin and loved the quaint atmosphere. We spent most time outside and traveled to Garner State Park and Lost Maples. Our last day, we enjoyed going down to the springs to cast a line and enjoy the surrounding landscape. It’s so beautiful and relaxing. We want to come back again next summer. Suzy was a wonderful host!

We loved our stay at The Springs Retreat in Leakey! The two-bedroom cabin was beautiful inside, very well furnished, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The property is immaculate — the pool area and creek access are amazing, and the grounds are kept in spotless condition. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay — highly recommended!

This was the cutest little cabin. It was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. It was close to the 2 parks we wanted to see. It was so quiet and peaceful. Nice lil hide away. Would HIGHLY recommend.

We love this place to come stay with the family. Cabins are very clean and equipped with the essentials. This is our 3 rd year we stay here and this time they put a smore’s package with a welcoming card wich made it extra special. We will continue to stay here next year. The owners are very nice, Susie was very responsive.
